How do I book a performer?

Please fill out the booking form above or send an email to info@luminositycircus.ca to discuss your event and how we can add the magic of circus!

When the quote is accepted, we will send a client contract and request a non-refundable 20% deposit (via etransfer) to hold the booking. The remainder is due at the event.

What is required on site at the event? 

As part of our contract - a private "green room" is required on site with a mirror. This is a safe space for performers to store their items, get changed, and prep for the performance.

If we are supplying music for the performance - a speaker is required for us to connect to. We can also email any music files in advance, if this works better for you! We are very open to music requests/themes for performances at your event.

Themes? Options? 

We offer a wide range of services from fire performers, aerialists, roaming characters, LED shows, and more! These can be customized to fit any event theme/colour scheme/music to match your vision.

Our aerial team comes with a portable aerial rig. This can adjust from 12-20ft to fit your space and be indoors or outdoors.

Theme ideas: Classic Circus, Neon, Seasonal Themes (Halloween, Holiday Themes, NYE Glam), Black Tie, Fire & Ice.
